Mindfulness Walks

Informal walking groups lower blood pressure, and depression levels, while also numerous studies have demonstrated the advantages of physical activity, extending beyond just physical health to include significant improvements in mental wellness, such as reductions in anxiety and depression, enhanced mood, increased mindfulness, and greater life satisfaction.

In our fast-paced world, we can all gain from engaging in activities that foster these positive changes to our mental health.

My first mindfulness walk's will take place in January 2025.
