Meditations
During my mindfulness training, one aspect I enjoyed the most was the meditation sessions. While I found the longer meditations to be more challenging, I enjoyed the 10-15 minute ones, both participating in and leading them. After I became qualified, I created several personalised meditations for individuals such as those recovering from surgery, a student preparing for A-levels, and a very stressed mother, among others.
Meditation serves as a means to focus on yourself and your feelings, allowing you to calm your breath and discover a sense of peace and understanding. It’s a practice you can revisit whenever necessary, and when done consistently, it equips you with a valuable skill to navigate challenging situations in everyday life.
